I advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on contract advisory work for clients operating in the manufacturing, energy and professional services sectors in Ireland and in particular for clients delivering SaaS solutions. I also advise on private equity and venture capital investments, early-stage company spin-outs from third level institutions, group reorganisations and day-to-day commercial advice. My work includes supporting Irish and international businesses on cross-border transactions and strategic investments.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the legal department of a large Irish multinational company, gaining valuable insight into the commercial drivers behind corporate decision-making. I trained and practised with a top 10 Irish law firm, where I developed strong technical expertise in corporate transactions. I worked in Regan Wall LLP, a boutique commercial law firm delivering best in class advice to clients in Munster and throughout Ireland on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. This combination of in-house and private practice experience allows me to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
