I advise Irish and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and real estate transactions. My work includes share and asset acquisitions, subscription and shareholders’ agreements, corporate structuring and group reorganisations, as well as general company law and governance advice.
I have acted for acquirers and sellers of businesses across multiple sectors, including healthcare, retail, technology and property investments. I also advise investor groups on the financing and acquisition of landmark commercial properties throughout Ireland.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I practised in leading corporate and commercial firms in Cork, gaining extensive experience in transactional work and strategic advisory matters.
