I recently acted for a child in a case arising from non-accidental brain injuries. The claim involved CICA and civil claim awards. The overall settlement was made up of a lump sum and periodical payments. The settlement was approved in the High Court, London.
I was also part of a legal team instructed to represent an individual who was rendered tetraplegic in a road traffic accident. The settlement that was achieved is believed to be one of the highest awards ever secured for a case of this nature.
I am passionate about securing insurance payments so that my clients can start to rebuild their lives through specialist rehabilitation.
