I have significant experience in advising statutory bodies in respect of the discharge of their functions, the prosecution of offences, the investigation of complaints and running oral hearings. I also advise individuals about whom complaints have been made to their regulatory body. I provide advice and representation to clients in District Court prosecutions, High Court appeals, judicial review proceedings, internal appeals and enforcement and confirmation applications.
I am a skilled advocate and regularly make oral applications before statutory committees as well as the High Court. I also manage a team of solicitors who investigate and prepare statutory inquiries for oral hearing.
My niche focus on the area of public and regulatory law enables me to provide legally robust and practical advises to statutory bodies, having particular regard to the factors arising in each case and the various stakeholder interests.
I advise a variety of bodies across a wide range of disciplines, with particular focus on the regulation in the financial services, construction and healthcare sectors.
I manage a team of solicitors who provide high quality, strategic legal advice to our clients across a range of professional disciplines.
