I have acted for the State, public sector bodies and entities in the private sector in judicial review cases involving issues of planning, environmental, EU, public and administrative law. For example, I have successfully defended challenges to licences and consents for energy projects, data centres, development plans, and local authority developments. I have also acted in a number of planning injunctions concerning unauthorised development.
I have extensive litigation experience, in particular in judicial review in the High Court and Appellate Courts. I am an experienced and trained advocate, regularly representing my clients in court and tribunal settings.
Beyond the planning and environmental area, I have a wide range of experience, with postgraduate training in data protection, freedom of information and commercial contracts law.
