We are delighted to announce the launch of Fieldfisher's IP law SnIPpets podcast series!
Hosted by Fieldfisher IP experts, the series provides monthly bite-size updates on developments in the IP world, with each episode being no more than 5 minutes of substantive content to complement the existing SnIPpets blog.
The first of these will summarise the decision of the Louboutin v Amazon case, in which the CJEU ruled that Amazon and other online marketplaces could be held directly liable for counterfeit goods sold by a third party on its platform.
The second podcast summarises the IPEC decision Shazam Productions Ltd v Only Fools The Dining Experience Ltd which was a case about copyright infringement and passing off, with the decision being that Del Boy is protected by both.
