We charge for these services based on an hourly rate which ranges from £200 for a junior lawyer to £595 for certain partners, depending upon the particulars of case and the level of experience of the person who has conduct of the matter. VAT at a rate of 20 per cent will apply in addition to our fee, unless an exemption applies. These fees are based on applications where you have no prior adverse immigration history, provide us with all required documents in a timely manner; there is no time urgency or discretionary elements to your application; and there are no other factors that may make your application non-standard. As our services are bespoke to our clients, the below fees are only intended as a guide and not a quote.
No case is the same and each case is fact specific. Please contact a member of our immigration team to discuss your specific circumstances and to receive an individual fee quote.
