I have extensive experience in Spanish and cross-border finance transactions, with particular focus on real estate finance, energy, and infrastructure projects, as well as on leveraged financings and project finance transactions, for the development, acquisition, financing and refinancing of infrastructure assets.
I have been involved in complex international and multi-jurisdictional transactions helping banks, alternative lenders, borrowers and sponsors in implementing different types of financing structures, and qualified experience in restructuring and refinancing transactions.
