As an associate lawyer in the Banking and Finance department, María advises companies and financial institutions on both national and international financing and refinancing transactions, particularly in real estate finance, acquisition finance, and project finance. She provides counsel to credit institutions, debt funds, and private equity firms in relation to all types of assets, including, among others, student residences and hotels.
She also has extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Law, particularly in all types of corporate M&A transactions, due diligence processes for financing operations and corporate asset deals, corporate law, and real estate transactions.
She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
She works in both Spanish and English.
