For more than 25 years I have been advising clients in the real estate sector, in connection with transactions on all types of assets (residential – especially build to rent, co-living and flex living – office space, retail, logistics, industrial, hospitality, student housing, senior living, healthcare infrastructures and sports facilities).
My practice focuses on: acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets and portfolios (both asset and share deals), real estate finance; real estate M&A and investment, including investment funds, SOCIMI, and other structures, investment vehicles and joint ventures for real estate projects.
I also advise on real estate in special situations, insolvency or pre-insolvency; corporate real estate services (CRES), sale and lease-back transactions and complex leases; planning permits and other administrative authorizations.
I work with clients on development, construction, rehabilitation and related services; real estate aspects of energy, infrastructure and mining projects; land contamination, management of environmental liabilities in acquisition and financing transactions and sustainable real estate development.
Throughout my career, I have practiced in and led the real estate practices of top international and national firms, advising investment funds (equity and debt) of different profiles, investment managers, asset managers, financial institutions, developers, construction companies and professionals.
My clients also include owners, operators, and end users of real estate products, from the due diligence phase to closing transactions and during the management, operation and disposal cycle of their assets.

I am listed in legal directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Leaders League. In 2022 I was recognised among the Top 50 Real Estate Dealmakers in Spain by Legal Dealmaker. I am the legal counsel to the Spanish Association for Offices (AEO), having been its Secretary General since 2007.
I have degrees in Law and in Business Administration (ICADE E3). I am a member of the Madrid Bar (1991).
