In 2022 I started working at Fieldfisher. I specialise in corporate law, in particular in mergers and acquisitions. I mainly assist companies and associations in matters of corporate governance (statutory issues) and M&A matters (structuring, due diligence, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, management agreements).
