Professional background

I am a highly experienced development lawyer acting on major development projects across the UK principally in the Life Sciences and Residential Development Sectors. I work with clients from the inception of schemes through their acquisition, zoning, funding development letting and investment sale.

I head up the Real Estate and Planning Team in the Birmingham Office.

Key current projects include acting for a US Developer and Investor in the delivery of the world renowned Cambridge Biomedical Campus, acting for UK Developers in the delivery of major mixed use regeneration schemes at Fiveways in Birmingham and Mell Square in Solihull and acting for specialist residential Developers on the delivery of a number of market and affordable residential schemes across the UK.

I am described in legal 500 as “Technically Excellent”.
