Having worked in London, New York and Singapore, I have a diverse cross-border practice, with over 15 years’ experience advising banks, buy-side clients and corporates on complex structured finance transactions and a broad range of asset classes in the derivatives space, including rates, FX, commodities, equities and longevity.
I regularly advise clients on ISDA documentation, GMRAs and energy trading documentation (including EFET Agreements), in addition to the collateral aspects of derivative transactions, including in respect of security, custody and credit support arrangements.
I have assisted several financial institutions on their global initial margin and variation margin implementation projects, advising on both the legal issues and the project management and implementation challenges.
I also have extensive experience advising on the derivative aspects of finance-linked structures, longevity and insurance risk transfer arrangements and the full suite of securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on the hedging aspects of warehouse arrangements, master trust structures, covered bond programmes and other ABS, RMBS and CMBS structures.
