Professional background
I graduated in Law from Roma Tre University in 2020 and, between 2021 and 2023, completed a Level II Master’s degree in Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives at Luiss Guido Carli School of Law in Rome. My studies focused on corporate governance, M&A, financial regulation, national and international contracts, and arbitration. My final thesis examined Directive (EU) 2019/2121 on cross-border mergers.
I assist Italian and International clients — both companies and individuals — with a particular focus on commercial and corporate litigation, as well as disputes concerning unfair competition, both before national courts and in arbitration proceedings.
I have developed cross-disciplinary skills that enable me to assist clients not only in litigation, with a particular focus on drafting corporate by-laws, providing legal opinions on corporate governance, directors’ and statutory auditors’ duties, and private international law.
I gain exposure to a wide range of business sectors — including fashion and luxury, oil & gas, automotive, technology, media and entertainment, energy, healthcare and life sciences, and real estate — working on complex and high-value disputes.
I adopt a pragmatic approach, aiming to deliver practical, effective and tailored solutions to clients.
