My close collaboration with tax and organizational consulting experts is supported by the Executive MBA I completed in 2017.
I previously led a litigation department composed of over 12 professionals, including litigators and contracts specialists and have managed corporate litigations for major corporations before Courts and Arbitration’s Chambers throughout Italy, representing more than 500 Clients.
With significant experience in corporate disputes, including liability claims against directors and statutory auditors, challenges to financial statements, unfair competition actions, and insolvency proceedings, often involving disputes exceeding €50 million in value; handled complex corporate restructuring and reorganization procedures, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, shareholders' and options' agreements.
