With more than 20 years of experience, Anne advises on M&A and Private Equity transactions as well as on corporate law matters, both for investment funds for their equity investments in venture capital and capital development transactions and for SMEs for external growth transactions and domestic restructuring. She advises French and foreign companies on their activities and strategic projects, shareholdings and investments. Anne also assists managers in the transfer of their group.
She holds a Master Degree in Business and Economic Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne and is a member of the Paris Bar. She previously worked for Marvell Avocats and UGGC Avocats.
She is fluent in English.
