I work with clients all over the world on European privacy issues including full GDPR compliance programmes, strategic DPA negotiations, international transfers, vendor management, data protection impact assessments, contentious data subject issues, privacy issues in M&A, incident response, use of cookies/tracking technologies and behavioural advertising, direct marketing and data broking, and regulatory enquiries.
