My expertise covers trademark, design and model law, copyright, patents, unfair and parasitic competition, Internet law (issues related to e-commerce, e-reputation, domain names).
I have extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and regularly appear before specialized courts, particularly in cases involving the infringement of trademarks, designs and models, copyright and also in patent litigation.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, I hold a DEA in industrial and artistic property law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (PARIS I). Before joining Fieldfisher in 2014, I was a lawyer at CASALAONGA AVOCATS, a firm specialising in intellectual property.
I am a member of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners).
I work in both French and English.
