I advise French and international clients on transactions involving acquisition finance, corporate finance and asset finance, including real estate and moveable assets.
I hold a double Master degree in Accounting and Financial Law and Management from the Université Catholique de Lille and EDHEC Business School. Prior to that, I obtained a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Nanterre.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a trainee in the Finance department at Dentons and GGV Avocats - Rechtsanwälte.
