I advise both French and foreign groups of companies and private equity funds on their corporate domestic and international operations.
Before joining Fieldfisher in 2021, I worked as an associate in the Corporate and M&A department of Osborne Clarke's law firm in Paris (2016 to 2021). Prior to this, I have been working in various fields of law such as Corporate, M&A, Private Equity or securities in international law firm and companies.
I hold a master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil (2011) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016.
I am fluent in both French and English.
