I am a dispute resolution lawyer with 20 years' experience specialising in problems involving aspects of banking and finance, insolvency and fraud and asset tracing.

I have extensive experience of various forms of injunctive relief, including worldwide freezing orders and search and seize orders. - A trustee in respect of proceedings in the BVI, UK and across the US concerning substantial investments in a steel plant in Ohio;
- The liquidators of Gold trail Travel Limited in successful proceedings for dishonest assistance and enforcement of the judgments obtained (which involved proceedings in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as in Germany);
- A major international bank in dealing with a USD 500 million worldwide freezing injunction notified to it; and
- Three individuals in respect of disputes arising out of their shareholding in a financial services business (which has involved employment tribunal proceedings, as well as English and Luxembourg proceedings).
