My main areas of practice
My work includes advising national and international companies and credit institutions on issues of Banking Supervisory Law, including Compliance for financial institutions, Securities Supervisory Law, in particular Prospectus Law and the regulation of derivatives trading, and Capital Markets Civil Law, for example on master agreements for derivatives transactions.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied law at the universities of Mainz and Gießen.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I completed my legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. During this time, I already worked in Fieldfisher's Financial Markets & Products Practice Group. I was also able to gain valuable experience in the areas of Compliance and White Collar in an international law firm.
I was admitted to the bar in February 2023.
