I graduated in law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed the final year of my Bachelor Degree at Newcastle University. I studied a Master's Degree in Law at the Barcelona School of Management (UPF) and subsequently specialised in labour law through the specialisation master's degree of the Barcelona Bar Association.
During my years of practice, I have gained experience in providing labour law advice to national and international companies, assisting them in the resolution of queries and the development of internal policies, as well as in employment court litigation and internal and external flexibility operations. I have also collaborated on a regular basis in Due Diligence processes.
Additionally, I am specialised in advising on equality matters and I have extensive experience in accompanying companies in the negotiation and drafting of equality plans, wage gap registers and prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment protocols.
