I have extensive experience providing legal advice on employment and Social Security matters, including employment contracts, modification of working conditions, remuneration systems, individual and collective dismissals (ERE), collective bargaining (collective agreements and company-level pacts), workforce restructuring, special employment relationships (such as senior management), outsourcing and subcontracting, business successions, disciplinary sanctions, international relocations, Social Security contributions and collection procedures.
I also have substantial experience in litigation before all levels of the labour courts (Employment Courts, High Courts of Justice, the National High Court and the Supreme Court), as well as before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate and other authorities with competence in employment and Social Security matters.
