As an employment lawyer I have extensive experience in advising companies as well as white collar employees on all aspects of employment law. I have participated in many restructuring and collective bargaining procedures, and I regularly represent my clients before the Employment courts and tribunals, and defend employers in investigations led by the Work Inspectorate. I am an expert on senior management contracts and in advising senior managers, and also on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an employment lawyer for Garrigues and Roca Junyent.

Practicing as a lawyer I have a particular focus on international and cross-border matters, since I am fluent in English, French, and German. I have a law degree from Essex University (LLB) and Paris Ouest (Maîtrise en Droit). For this reason I have gained extensive experience in international employment law, and I have many years' experience of advising foreign employers and employees in Spain. When assisting foreign clients, our team pays special attention to the specificities of business culture in Spain and to the differences with the client’s jurisdiction.

Teaching is also an important part of my professional life. So much so that I am a lecturer in law at La Salle University (BA Management in Business Technology). I am also regularly invited to undertake bespoke training on a wide range of topics related to employment law, both in Spain and abroad.
