In particular, I assist companies manufacturing plant protection products and biocidal products by drafting appeals, actions for annulment and applications for interim relief before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Furthermore, I have been involved in non-contentious matters concerning FGAS, PFAS, the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive, the Water Framework Directive and the European Union Strategic Approach to Pharmaceuticals in the Environment.
I am an Italian lawyer, also admitted to the Brussels (E-list) Bar.
Italian is my mother tongue and I am also fluent in English.
