My main areas of practice
My focus of my work is on complex technical disputes, particularly in the automotive, IT, life sciences, and telecommunications industries. I represent clients in all types of disputes, including post-M&A conflicts, supply chain disputes, and disagreements arising from development and cooperation agreements. A key focus of my work lies in national and international arbitration. I have experience handling proceedings in various jurisdictions, both domestic and international, under the rules of numerous arbitral institutions.

I advise and represent clients throughout all stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation claim enforcement and ADR proceedings. As a trained mediator and arbitrator, I approach conflicts holistically and from multiple perspectives to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. This includes the effective enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards in Germany and abroad.

I also advise on all aspects of litigation funding. Having worked for several years as in-house counsel at a leading international litigation funder, I bring unique insights and experience in the litigation finance industry.

I have a strong interest in high-tech topics such as Artificial Intelligence, crypto, and blockchain technology, and I regularly speak on current developments in arbitration and legal innovation, including Legal Tech.

My clients primarily include large and medium-sized industrial companies, private equity investors, and founders. Thanks to my previous role as in-house counsel, I have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by clients and develop strategies and solutions for effective and efficient dispute resolution—so they can focus on their core business.

I advise our clients in both German and English.
