My experience in the technology sector has involved me working on a wide range of commercial contracts, including cloud-hosted IT and business process outsourcings, software development and network infrastructure services for communication services.
I have previous secondment experience having spent six months at Viacom International Media Networks UK, working closely with the Comedy Central, MTV and Channel 5 brands to draft various agreements including TV production agreements, licence agreements and services agreements.
I trained at Fieldfisher, during which time I worked in the Intellectual Property, Technology Protection and Enforcement, Banking and Finance, and Technology and Outsourcing teams.
