Professional background

I value collaborative working and achieving long term, win-win solutions for our clients.  This requires a combination of legal and technical expertise, pragmatism and knowing what's important.

My experience ranges from global outsourcings, digital transformations and cloud/SaaS deals to digital compliance, online safety and consumer issues.  I also regularly advise on the deployment of technology in regulated environments as well as on new and innovative tech such as AI and automation, distributed ledger technology, NFTs and augmented reality.

I work across a range of sectors with particular experience in video games and social media, financial services, telecoms and the public sector.

I have also spent significant time working in house for FTSE 100 and global corporations and understand the pressures and competing demands on in house counsel, the need to get things done and the importance of understanding the key drivers of the business in any transaction.

I am named by Legal 500 as a key practitioner and Next Generation Partner for IT and Telecoms.
