I have more than 7 years experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance. I advise (inter)national clients on company law aspects of restructurings, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I have worked at NatWest Markets as Corporate Governance Officer. I was responsible for implementing and strengthen the corporate governance framework of the bank and ensuring the bank's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
I have also worked at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as candidate civil law notary for more than 6 years. I was responsible for leading, coordinating, advising and drafting all matters of international corporate law.
I am also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries.
