I also support businesses operating in heavily regulated industries in relation to regulatory risk and opportunities. I have particular experience of advising national and multinational businesses on the application of domestic and EU regulatory regimes to their operations and have assisted clients in the chemicals, food and beverage, electrical goods, real estate and automotive sectors.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher in March 2021, I was a Senior Associate at another leading international law firm where I was responsible for a wide range of environmental, regulatory and health and safety law matters.

In 2017-2018, I undertook a part-time secondment to Volvo Trucks (part of the Volvo Group) in Gothenburg, Sweden where I advised on a wide range of commercial and regulatory law matters.  In the summer of 2008, I undertook an internship at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.

I am qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales, Ireland (non-practising) and New York (non-practising).

I completed an undergraduate degree in Law & Politics at Queen's University Belfast (with a year studying business and law at Shenandoah University in the US), a masters degree in Public International Law at Leiden University and I obtained my LPC from Kaplan Law School.
