I am an experienced commercial lawyer, advising clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance. 

I specialise in acting for clients in the energy and renewables sectors, in respect of M&A transactions, fundraisings and investments, often involving cross-border elements. I have also advised clients in the logistics and warehousing, manufacturing and automotive industries in relation to supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements. 

I have carried out many complex group and corporate reorganisations, putting in place the necessary structures for clients efficiently and expediently, and in close collaboration with clients and their professional advisers. 

I provide assistance on corporate governance matters to our large client base, including providing bespoke training to clients on company law and corporate governance matters as required.
