Aodhan's practice relates to EU regulatory and environmental law matters, with a particular focus on biocides and other chemicals. He regularly advises on product compliance issues and is involved in task force management and contentious work before the European Courts.
 
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Aodhan trained in one of Ireland's leading commercial law firms where he assisted well-known multinational and Irish companies on EU regulatory and competition law matters, as well as contentious litigation and investigations. He acquired particular experience in the life sciences sector, advising on both product liability cases and large scale corporate transactions.
 
Aodhan also worked for a Brussels-based law firm and completed a traineeship in the Cabinet of Vice-President of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans, in the areas of
sustainability and the circular economy.
 
Aodhan holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Master in European Law from the College of Europe, Bruges.
 
Aodhan is a native English speaker with a good knowledge of French.
