Professional background

I help clients navigate a broad range of data related issues, including comprehensive data protection compliance, international data transfers (including the deployment of SCCs and the application for DPF and UK and EU BCRs), product design and rolling out new products and services (including those incorporating AI). I have considerable experience supporting clients as an external DPO team member, as well as advising on contractual arrangements, corporate transactions, data breaches and e-marketing.

I work closely with my colleagues in London as well as international Fieldfisher teams, especially in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Silicon Valley.

I am a regular contributor to articles and blogs published by Fieldfisher and have co-written several practice notes on various areas of data protection for LexisPSL. I am Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPM) and have a broad corporate law background as well as PhD in civil law and legal experience as a lawyer in Poland.
