I advise clients on all data related issues, including comprehensive data protection compliance, international data transfers, data processing and data sharing arrangements, BCRs, data breaches, data protection risks in corporate transactions, as well as information rights and e-marketing. I also help clients navigate complex legal issues in the context of emerging technologies based on artificial intelligence.
I work mainly for international clients, predominately in Technology, Digital Services, Life Sciences, Retail and Financial Services sectors.
I am Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPM) and a member and contributor of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
In my previous corporate roles, I provided legal advice (transactional and projects) to international corporations and governmental bodies. Before qualifying as a solicitor in the UK, I worked as a legal advisor in Poland and I hold PhD in civil law.
