I have extensive experience representing employers in both contentious and non-contentious matters including advice on restructures, executive departures, contracts and policies, corporate support and management of employment tribunal claims at all stages.
I have negotiated the departures of CEOs, investment bankers, law firm partners and television executives. This has included advice on restrictive covenants, confidentiality and communications.
While I have significant experience in managing tribunal claims and enforcement of restrictions in the civil courts, I regularly succeed in settling claims and helping parties to mediate disputes. I aim to take a commercial approach and, where possible, manage departures in amicable manner.
I often arrange webinars and presentations about legal developments for corporate clients. I have contributed to articles and commentary in Personnel Today, the I Newspaper, the Employment Lawyers Association Briefing and HR Magazine.
