I advise clients on all aspects of EU and UK data protection compliance, including direct marketing, data protection contract terms, impact assessments and issues surrounding the handling of children's data. My practice also extends to wider consumer regulation work, in particular where there is a crossover between data subject transparency and consumer contract terms for a specific product or service.
The clients I work with sit across a variety of sectors, including gaming, technology and life sciences. I have also spent time on secondment at a media company and a consumer goods company.
I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E).
