Representative work includes:
- Acting for 138 local authorities in pursuing over £100m in damages caused by the trucks cartel.
- Acted for Euronet, one of the world's largest independent ATM deployers, in a standalone competition claim against Visa and Mastercard.
- Acted for clients in a high value class action against a German financial institution.
- Acted on complex and high value repossession action in respect of several luxury London-based properties, including advising on a counterclaim to challenge a bridging loan under the Consumer Credit Act.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at leading London-based law firms where I acquired a broad range of litigation experience, including acting for the Claimants in a successful major class action brought against a giant German financial institution.
