My experience includes advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT and business process outsourcing, consumer terms and conditions and software licensing and development agreements.
I have previous secondment experience having spent 6 months at Viacom International Media Networks UK, working closely with the MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon brands to draft various agreements including services agreements, licence agreements, and TV production agreements.
