As of March 2023, our Technology & Data Practice led by Olivier Proust and Tim Van Canneyt welcomes a new Of Counsel: Nathalie Poupaert.
After years working in major health companies and 20 years of strong experience in the area of privacy and information law, Nathalie joins our team to focus on data privacy, healthcare, innovative technology, cyber, and a full range of topics related to technology and data.
Along with her work on her areas of expertise, she will also take part of our cross-office collaboration with our European Technology & Data team, counting people from our offices in Belgium, France, UK, and Italy.
Her expertise covers topics relating to the data protection legal framework, including drafting privacy notices, data processing clauses and assisting clients during pre-litigation procedures before the Belgian Data Protection Authority. She also has practical experience dealing with data breaches and data subject requests.
