Fieldfisher recognised by India Business Law Journal

Fieldfisher has been listed as a 'significant player' in the annual report on the top foreign law firms in India, by the India Business Law Journal.

The report looks at how the legal world has recovered from the pandemic, with a particular focus on firms' work in India and recruitment of Indian lawyers. It is the first time Fieldfisher has been featured in it.
The editorial says: 'With 25 offices across 11 countries, Fieldfisher showcases its talents across a variety of practice areas and sectors', with our disputes practice 'bolstered' by the recent additions of partners Shivani Sanghi and Priyanka Kapoor, both of whom are dual-qualified in England & Wales, and India.
In addition to our advice on leading matters, the report recognises that 'the firm takes pride in its commitment to diversity, environmental sustainability, and technology investment.'
The report also mentions client feedback on an investment treaty arbitration for Indian investors against Macedonia: "We are very satisfied with the way Fieldfisher has been looking after our case. Shivani Sanghi has done an exceptional job.”
