Fieldfisher advises Mount Street on refinancing of self storage portfolio

Fieldfisher's Frankfurt team, led by partner Andreas Mallin, has advised Irish credit services company Mount Street on the refinancing of a German self storage portfolio owned by Dutch subsidiaries of Lagerbox. In the cross-border transaction, Mount Street acted as agent. Invesco Real Estate provided the financing through the purchase of bearer bonds issued by the Lagerbox subsidiaries up to an amount of approximately EUR 45 million.
