Fieldfisher advises Helecloud on its sale to SoftwareONE

The acquisition of UK-based Helecloud by Swiss cloud-based solutions market peer SoftwareONE will extend the British company's highly-regarded business transformation platform service to more customers in EMEA.
  The company serves its EMEA client base with strategic and technology consultancy, engineering and cloud operations from three locations across Europe: the UK, The Netherlands and Bulgaria

Its acquisition by SoftwareONE expands and strengthens SoftwareONE's AWS capabilities in the EMEA region.
SoftwareONE is a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions that enables commercial, technology and digital transformations using IP and technology-driven services.

The acquisition will allow more customers to benefit from Helecloud's leading cloud-based solutions under the SofwareONE group brand.

Fieldfisher corporate partner Tom Ward, who led the Fieldfisher team advising Helecloud and its selling shareholders on the sale, commented:
