I joined Fieldfisher's Court of Protection team in September 2020. Prior to this, I read law at Durham University and have recently completed the LPC and Masters in Law at BPP University, graduating with a distinction.
I contribute to the routine management of deputyship matters for those who lack capacity. My caseload includes deputyships for children who have sustained injuries at birth, as well as those who have lost capacity as a result of accidents and dementia or Alzheimer’s.
My role includes drafting deputyship applications to the Court of Protection and monitoring income and expenditure for deputyship clients. My role also requires me to work closely with our clients, their families, support teams and case managers to cater to the day-to-day needs of clients.
