Judith is a employment lawyer. She graduated in law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed her final year at Newcastle University. She completed the Master's Degree in Law at the Barcelona School of Management (UPF) and subsequently specialised in employment law through the specialisation master's degree of the Barcelona Bar Association. During her years of practice, she has acquired experience in providing employment law advice to national and international companies, assisting them in resolving queries or drafting internal policies, as well as in legal proceedings or internal and external flexibility operations. She has also collaborated on a regular basis in Due Diligence processes.
In addition, she is specialised in advising on equality in the company and has extensive experience in accompanying companies in the negotiation and drafting of equality plans, remuneration registers and protocols for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment.
