I am an employment lawyer. I graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed my final year at Newcastle University. I went on to complete the Master’s Degree in Law at the Barcelona School of Management (UPF) and later specialised in employment law through the specialised master’s programme of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Throughout my years of practice, I have gained experience advising national and international companies on employment matters, assisting them with day-to-day queries, drafting internal policies, supporting internal and external flexibility processes, and representing them in legal proceedings. I have also regularly participated in Due Diligence processes.
In addition, I specialise in advising companies on equality matters and have extensive experience supporting organisations in the negotiation and drafting of equality plans, pay registers, and protocols for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment.
