Professional background

I am a lawyer in the Employment department. I regularly advise both domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment and social security law in Spain, covering both advisory and contentious matters.

My practice includes day-to-day employment advice, the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and related agreements, as well as involvement in restructurings, individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings and substantial changes to working conditions. I also regularly represent clients in employment litigation.

I have further experience in the design and implementation of internal policies and corporate protocols, as well as in employment audits and due diligence processes, providing strategic support to clients in the management of their workforce.

I hold a Law degree from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, during which I spent an academic year abroad at the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum) as part of an international exchange programme, gaining exposure to comparative legal systems and an international academic environment.

Following my undergraduate studies, I spent one year preparing for the Spanish judicial examinations, developing a strong technical foundation in both substantive and procedural law. I subsequently completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in Employment Law, at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and further enhanced my expertise with a specialised course in Employment Litigation at the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
