For more than sixteen years, I have had the opportunity to advise public and private entities, national and international companies, and individuals in all matters related to Employment and Social Security Law, as well as Occupational Risk Prevention.

My professional career has been particularly marked by my involvement in numerous collective restructuring processes, including various types of collective dismissals, ERTEs for economic, technical, organisational and production reasons (ETOP) and for force majeure (FM), substantial modifications of working conditions, transfers, and the negotiation or termination of collective bargaining agreements.

I have extensive experience across multiple sectors, including sports facilities, the metal and steel industry, education and private education, pharmaceuticals, public and private transport, veterinary services, food, automotive, oil and roadside assistance, among others.

In my practice as a lawyer, I focus on adapting to clients’ needs in a practical, clear and efficient manner, with the aim of offering the best possible solutions while maintaining a close and accessible working relationship.

I hold a Law degree from the University of Valencia, where I also prepared for the competitive examinations for the judiciary and the public prosecutor’s office. In addition, I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, a Master’s Degree in Employment and Social Security Law from Pompeu Fabra University, and a Master’s Degree in Sports Law from the University of Valencia. I am currently a practising lawyer at the Barcelona Bar Association.
