As a employment lawyer, Talmac Bel has extensive experience advising companies and professionals in various sectors. He has participated in numerous restructuring and collective bargaining processes, regularly defending the interests of his clients in legal proceedings in the Social Jurisdiction and before the Employment Inspectorate. His high level of expertise has enabled him to provide legal assistance to different companies in the hiring of senior executives and in commercial operations both nationally and internationally.
In his practice as a lawyer, he has managed to deal with many international and cross-border matters thanks to his linguistic skills and his ability to intervene in any subject in English, French and German. In addition, his higher studies at the University of Essex (LLB) and Paris Ouest (Mâtrise en Droit), have provided him with the basis and experience to advise foreign companies in Spain in an impeccable manner.
On the other hand, his passion for law has led him to embark on a career as a lecturer at La Salle University, as well as giving seminars and training courses on various employment law topics both in Spain and in other countries.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked in the employment law departments of Garrigues and Roca Junyet.
