我是斐石律师事务所中国区合伙人，专注于公司法、并购、争议解决等领域。我从事法律工作至今已逾十五年，曾服务于国际和中国律师事务所、并曾就职于证券公司投资银行。从业期间，曾为众多跨国企业和中国企业提供法律服务，涉及生产制造、贸易、咨询、银行、金融、房地产、酒店、移动通信、零售、能源、传媒、广告、影视、信息技术、特许经营、旅游等行业。我毕业于中国政法大学获得法学学士学位，并取得TLBU法学院国际法法学硕士学位。工作之余我喜欢旅行和羽毛球。中文是我的母语，同时可以用流利的英语工作交流。

Being a partner based in Beijing, China, I am specialized in Corporate Law, M&A and disputes resolutions, etc.
I have 15 years’ experience of practicing in both international and Chinese law firms, and have also worked in an investment bank. I have provided legal services to dozens of multinational and Chinese clients from diverse industries, including manufacturing, trading, consulting, banking, financial service, real-estate, hotel, automobile, retail, energy, media and publishing, advertising, film and television production, IT, franchising, tourism etc. I obtained my LL.B degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and the LL.M degree of International Law from Transnational Law and Business University Graduate School of Law in Seoul.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and playing badminton.
I am a native Mandarin speaker and I am also fluent in English.
