With a specialisation in M&A, Corporate International, International Networks and Latam, I have had a long career as an attorney.
I began in the field of Civil and Procedural Law, and then came into contact with international corporate and commercial issues. I had my own firm until 1989: LM&U Abogados. Between 1989 and 2008 I held the position of Director and Managing Partner of KPMG Abogados in Barcelona, where I combined the activity of attorney specialising in M&A with the implementation of innovative and profitable management programmes at all levels: management, talent and business development. During that period, I specialised in M&A and in transnational operations. In 2008, I joined Junyent Roca as a Partner, taking responsibility for the M&A department of the firm's Latam Desk, which I continued to be linked to as Senior Counsel until 2014, when I began working on the implementation of the Lawell & Partners boutique, specialising in M&A, in Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca and Brussels.
Over the last 5 years, I have been the partner in the M&A Department responsible for RSM Spain, where I have pursued my professional activity, particularly in the area of corporate operations for the acquisition and sale of companies, or the integration of Private Equities in companies for the development of their expansion and business plan.
Since September 2021, I have been Senior Counsel in the international firm Fieldfisher.
