His practice includes equity securities offerings (IPOs and secondary offerings) and day-to-day regulatory advice to listed companies. He also has experience in equity-linked and structured debt securities offerings.
Vladimir holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Law (University of Maine – 2014) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he has worked in the Debt Capital Markets team of an international American law firm, and as in-house counsel at BNP Paribas CIB.
Vladimir speaks French and English.
